Definitions
- Application: The mobile app developed by the Company.
- Lender: Partner banks or NBFCs responsible for loan approval and disbursement.
- Loan: Financial assistance provided as per the Loan Agreement.
- Outstanding Amount: Principal + interest + applicable charges.
- Platform: The Company’s website and mobile application.
- User Data: Any information submitted by the user.
- Third-Party Platforms: External platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Services
- Users must register through the App and provide accurate personal and financial information.
- The Company collects and verifies user data for loan approval.
- Users authorize the Company to collect data from third-party platforms.
- Additional documents may be required by the Lender before disbursement.
- Users must repay the loan on or before the due date.
- Location tracking may continue until the completion of all obligations.
- Users are responsible for all actions performed using their account.
Licence
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the App.
The App is licensed—not sold—and must be used strictly as per these terms.
Restrictions
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud or illegal activities.
- Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Distribute viruses or malicious software.
- Interfere with the platform or network operations.
- Violate any applicable laws.
Third-Party Links & Advertisements
- The Company is not responsible for content on external websites.
- Third-party advertisements do not imply endorsement.
- Users must contact third parties directly for details.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access for violation of terms or legal obligations.Users must repay all outstanding dues even after termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without any expressed or implied warranties.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse or violation of terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or services.
Force Majeure
The Company will not be responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond control.
